People behind this wonderful institute are selfless individuals, who set up their businesses in Vapi in late sixties and early seventies, saw the needs for the community, and started Rotary Club of Vapi in 1971. These individuals then set their eyes on developing world class infrastructure for the people of this community and started ROFEL - Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning in 1983. ROFEL is a charitable trust, which is currently running 12 different courses in two different campuses. The constituents of this trust are -

1. Prof. K C R Raja Academic Advisor (Former-Director, S P Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai.)-
Prof. Raja is the ex-Director of the Institute and associated with the institute since inception. His area of interest is Marketing. Presently he is emeritus Director .

2. Dr. R. S. Shah,Ph.D.( Industrial Engineering, IIT/B ), M. Tech - IIT/K
He has teaching experiences in reputed Engineering Institutes for 25 years and at PG Management Institute for 10 years. His areas of interest is Project Management, Strategic Management & Operations Management.

3. Prof. A. Dutta PGDM-IIM (A), Faculty in Finance-
Prof. Dutta is associated with the Institute since inception and his research area is Mutual Funds Portfolio Management.

4. Prof. Pankajray Patel BE (Electrical), MBA (Mktg.) Faculty in Marketing-
Prof. Patel is associated with the Institute since five years, and his area of interest is Country of Origin effects.

5. Dr. Kapil Arora BE (Electronics), MBA, Faculty in Finance -
He has teaching experiences in reputed Management & Engineering Institutes for more than 7 years. His areas of interest are Quantitative Methods, International Financial Management & Foreign Exchange Management.

6. Dr. Sanjay Pandya BE, MMS,Ph.D., Faculty in Human Resource Management -
Prof. Pandya is having teaching experiences in reputed management institutes for more than 6 years. His area of interest is Managerial / Business Communication and other subjects in general management.

7. Mrs. Anita Thomas MPHIL, MBA, Faculty in General Management-
She has two years of industrial experience and one-year teaching experience in reputed management institute. She is interested in area of Human Resource management, Organization Behavior and Gender Studies.

8. Ms. Kavita Trivedi B.COM, MBA , Faculty in Marketing Management-
Ms. Kavita Trivedi has knowledge on marketing in reputed corporate sector and her area of interest is Economics and Marketing Management.

9. Ms. Hetal Machi BBA, MBA (Finance) Faculty in Finance –
She is having teaching experiences in reputed management institutes for more than 6 years. Her area of interest is financial management and General Management.

Prof. Balasubramaniam is having a long corporate experience with ICICI with specialized knowledge in project financing and appraisal. His area of interest is Finance and Strategic Management.

Ms. Padmini Ravindran , B. Com,LLB,FCS, Adjunct Faculty in Finance and Law-
She has 12 years managerial experience in the banking industry in project financing and Her area of interest is Foreign Exchange and Equity Markets.
